Great with customizing a shirt (purple, 'I LOVE CATS'), my boyfriend loves it.

Ordered this item 3 weeks ago and just received it today. Seller was difficult to communicate with at first but did eventually offer me a refund due to the huge delay. Checked the shipping label tracking shown on the package itself (it was never given to me) according to USPS tracking, it was just shipped this past Monday. Clearly the seller had been delayed in making and shipping but some honesty would have been appreciated. However, they did refund and the shirt is nice quality. Probably doesn’t happen often and prices are cheap, although I did see another review in which this was an issue.

Ordered a shirt 12/11 the listing said it would ship in a week.12/18 came around I had not heard anything. 12/19 I reached out to ask when it would be shipped. I didnt hear back so 12/19 night I told her to cancel the order due to delayed shipping & lack of response. Finally heard back from her 12/20 & she said that it shipped 12/18 but Etsy did not update for some reason. After receiving the item I looked up the tracking number from the package & it shows that USPS was not in possession of the item until 12/22 (not 12/18 as she indicated). The shirt was received on time but I was not happy with the communication and handling of this order.

Absolutely perfect!!! I opened it and teared up. They did exactly what I imagined and I was so excited to give it as a Christmas gift. HIGHLY recommend!!
